  • Reported within 48 Hours: We offer a one-to-one exchange, free of charge.

  • Reported between Days 3 to 7: Exchanges are still available, but a delivery fee of $15 - $20 will be charged to cover logistical costs.

2. Strict Policy Deadline

  • After 7 Days: No exchanges or refunds will be accepted once 7 days have passed from the delivery date. We strongly recommend inspecting your items immediately upon receipt.
